MANFAAT SENAM NAFAS UNTUK KEBUGARAN PASCA COVID 19 DI DESA WIROCANAN KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Abstrak

Setelah dua tahun berjalannya pandemi Covid 19 perjuangan dan kondisi seluruh aspek kehidupan, bahkan aspek perekonomian pun terancam dampak Covid 19, pada akhir 2021 beberapa negara telah mencapai target vaksin Covid 19 sehingga dengan keadaan herd imunity masyarakat tercapai dan perlahan sudah dapat memulihkan keadaan kehidupan masyarakat. Pemulihan fisik pada kasus long Covid 19 bertujuan membantu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan fungsi kapasitas paru serta meningkatkan kemandirian aktivitas fungsional sehari-hari. Latihan nafas yang baik dan benar akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap suplai oksigen ke dalam paru paru, kemudian paru paru akan mengalami pertukaran gas secara proses fisiologis, akibatnya organ jantung juga mendapatkan suplai oksigen yang baik sehingga dapat melakukan fungsi dengan fisiologis pula. Dua organ inilah diperhatikan untuk kemudian berkembang menjadi latihan yang ditujukan untuk kebugaran fisik. Identifikasi masalah menggunakan analisa fishbone yaitu menentukan permasalahan, kemudian mencatat faktor-faktor yang kemungkinan menjadi penyebab permasalahan, kemudian dicari ide-ide alternatif solusi dari permasalahan yang ada dengan analisa USG, selanjutnya melakukan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threaths) terhadap faktor internal dan eksternal. Berdasarkan strategi di atas, maka dapat diterapkan membuat tatacara dan prosedur pelaksanaan senam nafas yang bertujuan untuk pemulihan kebugaran fisik masyarakat di Desa Wirocanan.
