Abstract

Industri pariwisata merupakan salah satu industry yang mengalami dampak kerugian akibat pandemic covid 19. Sehingga, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel Pengalaman Wisatawan terhadap Revisit melalui Variabel E-WOM dan Variabel Destination Image di objek wisata Anyer dan Carita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 104 responden. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah Metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung yang signifikan adalah : Pengaruh Pengalaman Wisatawan terhadap E-WOM, Pengaruh Pengalaman Wisatawan terhadap Destination Image, Pengaruh E-WOM terhadap Destination Image, Pengaruh E-WOM terhadap Revisit, dan Pengaruh Destination Image terhadap Revisit. Pengaruh langsung yang tidak signifikan hanya Pengaruh Pengalaman Wisatawan terhadap Revisit. Pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan adalah : pengaruh tidak langsung Pengalaman Wisatawan terhadap Destination Image melalui E-WOM, pengaruh tidak langsung Pengalama Wisatawan Terhadap Revisit melalui Destination Image, pengaruh tidak langsung Pengalaman Wisatawan terhadap Revisit melalui E-WOM dan Destination Image, dan pengaruh tidak langsung E-WOM terhadap Revisit melalui Destination Image. Pengaruh tidak langsung yang tidak signifikan hanya pengaruh tidak langsung Pengalaman Wisatawan terhadap Revisit melalui E-WOM.
