PENERAPAN TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL DALAM PENGEMBANGAN USAHA KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UKM) ZULPAH BATIK DI TANJUNGBUMI, BANGKALAN, MADURA

UMKM Zulpah Batik Tanjungbumi, Madura, menghadapi tantangan signifikan di era Revolusi Industri 5.0, khususnya dalam pemasaran produk dan pendokumentasian desain motif batik. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM Zulpah Batik beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi digital melalui pelatihan pemasaran digital dan penggunaan sistem cloud untuk penyimpanan desain batik. Pelatihan ini mencakup pembuatan web profile, optimalisasi media sosial, dan penggunaan e-commerce untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Hasil program ini menunjukkan peningkatan penjualan hingga 30% dalam enam bulan pertama, serta efisiensi yang lebih baik dalam pengelolaan data motif batik. Selain itu, implementasi strategi pemasaran digital meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen melalui media sosial seperti Instagram dan Facebook. Program ini juga berhasil melestarikan desain motif batik melalui sistem cloud yang aman dan dapat diakses kapan saja. Dengan adopsi teknologi ini, Zulpah Batik tidak hanya mampu bersaing di pasar global, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pelestarian warisan budaya lokal dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif.
